Where is my order?

If your order has already shipped, you can track it with the tracking number here. You can find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email/WhatsApp.

If your order is still being processed, you will receive a tracking number and shipment confirmation once it has dispatched.

We do not offer tracking for free items.

 

Where is my order confirmation?

The order confirmation is automatically sent to your WhatsApp or you will receive call from our customer care after you place an order. If you haven’t received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at theglowixllc@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order.

Can I edit my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, or you haven't received a shipping notification, you can request changes such as the size, color, and quantity. Just contact us at theglowixllc@gmail.com and include your order number.

If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to make changes.

 

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, simply email us at theglowixllc@gmail.com with your order number. Please note, as long as your order has not shipped, or you have not received a shipping notification, your order can be canceled.

Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.

Currently, we ship to all over Middle East including UAE, KSA, QATAR, KUWAIT, OMAN & BAHRAIN.

Please note that customers are responsible for postage fees for exchanges. However, if you've received an incorrect product, let us know and provide a photo. In this case, we'll cover the postage.
